Black Nylon Heavy-Duty Convoluted Un-Split Tubing is a robust and flexible cable protection solution designed to protect electrical wiring, cables and looms from abrasion, dirt and other external elements. Its convoluted construction allows the tubing to flex around bends while providing a protective outer layer around the enclosed wiring.

The un-split design provides continuous protection around the cable bundle, making it particularly suitable for new installations, rewiring and the manufacture or refurbishment of machine wiring looms.

The 7.5NW size is suitable where the cable bundle can be accommodated within the 6.7 mm internal diameter. Always allow sufficient space for the cables to move freely without overfilling the tubing.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The un-split construction means that cables normally need to be installed through the tubing before the loom is connected or terminated. This provides continuous protection around the wiring but makes it less suitable for retrofitting around an existing terminated loom than split convoluted tubing.
When installing, avoid excessive stretching or sharp bends that could restrict the cable bundle. Use suitable connectors, clips or fixing points to secure the tubing and prevent unnecessary movement or chafing during machine operation.
