Ultra Red Longlife Antifreeze 20 Litre - Oat Coolant, -40°C Protection

Ultra Red Longlife Antifreeze (HLU0899) will protect all suitable engines from frost damage right down to -40°C (at 50% of total coolant volume), while also providing outstanding protection against rust and corrosion for all parts of the cooling system - making it suitable for all-year-round use. This Ethylene Glycol-based antifreeze uses Organic Acid Technology and is free from nitrites, amines, phosphates, borates and silicates.

When used at the correct concentration, coolants based on Organic Acid Inhibitor Technology can provide extended operation compared with conventional antifreeze - up to 5 years or 250,000km in passenger cars, and 500,000km in commercial vehicles, whichever is reached first. Supplied in a 20 litre container, it's well suited to workshops and fleets servicing modern cars, vans, trucks and contractors' plant where an OAT antifreeze is specified.

• Always check vehicle or plant suitability before switching to an OAT antifreeze - not every cooling system is designed for organic acid technology coolants.
• Keep records of coolant fill dates across your fleet so extended-life intervals (5 years / 250,000-500,000km) can be tracked accurately.
