Customer Service Team Leader - May 2019

We are seeking a positive, dynamic and focused manager to lead the customer service team in our Horsham office. This person will provide leadership to the team to ensure they constantly deliver on our mission, values and brand promises.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will take ultimate responsibility for the Customer Service department.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and oversee customer service standards.
  • Review, assess and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Manage and direct the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Plan, prioritise and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
  • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.
  • Review and manage the customer complaints process.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability within the customer service group.
