Marketing Executive - March 2019

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.

As part of the team you will work closely with the both the Marketing manager and Senior Marketing Executive to coordinate marketing campaigns, assist in the day to day running of our digital marketing program, manage collateral distribution, procure all marketing materials and manage the marketing budget.

Duties/Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Assist in the implementation and running of our complete digital program including social media.
  • SEO input work on the website including adding META data and product descriptions.
  • Improve product images by taking new photographs or enhancing existing images.
  • Create the bi-weekly company newsletter and managing internal communications.
  • Organise video campaigns by assisting videographer with arranging shoots etc.
  • Assist with database management.
  • Collect and coordinating customer testimonials. NPS campaigns.
  • Manage the requirements and distribution of marketing collateral (literature and gifts).
  • Purchase post requirements and sundries.
  • Assist with administration for trade shows and exhibitions.

Skills and Experience required

  • Ambition, drive and an unshakeable commitment to great design!
  • At least two years working in the marketing sector.
  • Previous experience with project coordination and working to deliver campaigns on time!
  • An impressive record for getting the job done!
  • A creative eye and ability to proven ability to work to brand guidelines.
  • Excellent administration, organisational and presentation skills.
  • A confident team player with a holistic approach.
  • A strong understanding of preparing work for both print and digital.
  • Opinions matter, therefore an ability to voice innovative ideas articulately and sympathetically is essential.
  • Good knowledge of Creative Suite, in particular InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience working with Marketing programs such as Dotdigital/Hubspot/Mailchimp/Marketo or similar.
  • Calm and organised when under pressure.
  • A self-starter who can work under their own initiative and needs minimal supervision to achieve goals.
  • Happy to assist in other areas that are not necessarily part of the job description!
  • A good sense of humour!

What's on Offer

This is a permanent role based in Hereford
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 dependant on experience
Hours: Full time Monday-Friday with flexible start and finish times to suit the successful applicant
Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
