How To's

Carrying fuel? Here's how to do it legally...

Did you know that although you can carry up to 240 litres of fuel or oil in a road-going vehicle, it is illegal to carry more than 60 litres in any single refillable container, unless specific ADR regulations have been met. This means carrying a 205 litre drum of diesel on board could put you on the wrong side of the law!

What’s the solution?

Dozens of jerry cans or plastic containers? Causing multiple spillages (on tools, equipment and yourself!)? Leaky spouts and the risk of a container ‘going over’ and depositing a gallon or two of fuel across the back of the truck?

Let us introduce you to the HOL0201 53 Litre Fuel Caddy. Simple to use, efficient and effective and not to mention extremely good value of money!

This caddy features the following;

  • 53 litre bunded tank
  • Vented cap – makes it easy to fill at any Petrol station
  • Gravity fed 3 meters Hose and nozzle – no spillages

This is the safe and easy way to carry and dispense fuel, keeping you and your vehicle free of both fuel spills and on the right side of the law!
