The HEL1892 is a quick, easy to install and cost-efficient way to add a second beacon to a standard ROPS bar. The standard ROPS bar comes supplied with only one beacon mounting point. This causes a problem if a second beacon is need, as a ROPS bar can not be drilled, welded or altered in any way.
With the HEL1892 beacon bracket a second beacon mounting point can be added very simply. In 5 simple steps a second beacon can fitted to the machinery.
Step 1; Remove the existing spigot. Insert this spigot through the mounting hole on the HEL1892 bar and reattach the spigot to the ROPS bar. Ensure the bar is positioned at the desired angle and tighten the nuts on the spigot.
Step 2; Attach a second spigot (HEL0201) on the other end of the bar.
Step 3; Wire up the second spigot and run the cables along the underside of the bar. Using the four predrilled holds on the bar secure the wiring with two cable ties. This will ensure the cable is safe and neatly attached.
Step 4; Attached second beacon!
Step 5; The secondary beacon spigot hole has options to enable you to fit a two-bolt spigot, such as a HEL0278 folding spigot or a HEL0069 upright mounting. This give you further options on the type and size of secondary beacon you use.
