COVID-19 Update 06/04/2020

In order to continue to support our customers who are performing essential tasks, such as Utilities, Agriculture and the MOD, we are continuing to trade.

We realise through this time our customers still need support and we are determined to continually offer great service whilst staying safe and abiding by all Government regulations.

Our Sales and Customer Service Teams are working from home and would love to hear from you!

With safety measures tightening, we have had to make some changes since our last COVID-19 Statement which will affect customers, staff and deliveries.

  1. Please note that our trade counters are now closed to the public.
    Please continue to order online, over the phone and via email but orders must be placed for delivery only.
  2. In line with government advice, the majority of our staff are now working remotely from the safety of their own homes. Only a few key staff members remain in the warehouse to ensure that essential orders can still be fulfilled.
  3. Several of our suppliers have temporarily closed their doors. This means that we will unfortunately experience some delays in re-stocking. However, our warehouse is still well stocked with over 10,000 lines so we will continue to send out what we can to you for next day delivery and any items that are out of stock will follow as soon as possible.

  4. Our account managers are no longer conducting customer visits in person but they are doing their best to keep in touch via phone and email to reassure customers that we are still here to support them.

We are currently holding meetings daily to ensure that we are adhering to the government advice and guidance whilst doing our best to maintain our service to the industries that have to continue to work through these uncertain times.
