The global spread of COVID-19 is now affecting every one of us in the UK, as we start to see unprecedented actions taken by authorities to contain this virus. At HTS we have taken great care to protect our workforce so they can continue to provide you with outstanding service and ensure we remain your supplier of choice.


Our internal systems, supply chain and use of technology has given us the ability to stay productive and keep your business moving forward. We would like to take this opportunity to assure you we are still open for business.


The Business

  • We have taken several important measures to safeguard our employees as much as possible.
  • We have introduced strict procedures and protocols in accordance with WHO (World Health Organisation) guidelines and the HSE (Health & Safety Executive)
  • We have reviewed all internal IT systems to ensure all teams can work from home should they need to self-isolate.
  • Introduced daily deep cleaning procedures to ensure that no virus is spread in the workplace.
  • Invested an extra £250,000 into stock to ensure the uninterrupted supply of products to you, our customer.


Our Sales Team

  • Our dedicated team remain committed to maintaining our efficient delivery of products and services to all of our customers.
  • We have introduced an active business contingency plan which is now in full effect.  
  • You can continue to order online, over the phone and via email.
