HTS Reaches Out To Customers For Feedback

We love to hear from you! 

We recently carried out a Net Promoter Score (NPS) campaign to get your feedback on what we do well, how much you love us and to work out if we really are the best spare parts company in the world... and it turns out we are!

Mick said HTS “supply goods with a speedy service at really good prices”, along with Andrew who said HTS offer “great customer service and resolve any issues that you may have”.

We particularly liked Brendan’s feedback: “Have never had a problem, the system appears to be faultless.”

All of this feedback is extremely valuable to us as we are constantly looking to improve and strive for the best possible service we can provide to our customers. 


As always, with the good comes the not so good! Some comments mentioned that the free packets of sweets we give out with orders are getting smaller! Some suggested splitting our big catalogue into 2/3 books. We are now working to fix the issues raised and some were already in hand... you must have read our minds! So keep your eyes peeled for new, BIGGER sweet packs and our new catalogue(s) coming soon!!
 

It goes without saying that we are not perfect, but we are certainly doing our very best to be! So please bear with us and if you have any suggestions or would like to share your thoughts on our services, please do let us know. We are all ears and ready to respond!
