This extensive project involves removing internal walls, extending our racking systems, and redesigning the warehouse layout to create a more streamlined and organised working environment. By optimising the flow of stock and improving storage capacity, we’re setting the foundations for faster picking, more efficient dispatch, and improved overall service.
