Axle Bleed Nipple

The Thwaites Axle Bleed Nipple (OEM T3038) is a replacement hydraulic bleed nipple used within compatible Thwaites axle and brake assemblies. It provides a controlled point for releasing trapped air from the hydraulic braking system during servicing, helping ensure the brake system can be properly bled and operate correctly. It is used on Newage 615 and 915 axle assemblies across a range of Thwaites dumpers.

Located within the axle's brake assembly, the bleed nipple is opened during hydraulic system maintenance to allow air and fluid to be expelled before being securely closed again.
