Manufactured for use within the demanding environment of a heavy-duty dumper axle, the disc is designed to operate within the oil-immersed brake pack while withstanding repeated braking loads, heat and continuous machine operation.
The Thwaites Spicer Intermediate Disc (OEM T53654) is a replacement steel mating disc designed for the oil-immersed brake assembly of compatible Thwaites dumpers. The disc forms part of the multi-plate braking system, working alongside the friction discs to transmit braking force and provide controlled deceleration of the machine.
Manufactured for use within the demanding environment of a heavy-duty dumper axle, the disc is designed to operate within the oil-immersed brake pack while withstanding repeated braking loads, heat and continuous machine operation. Replacing worn or damaged discs helps maintain correct brake pack operation and reliable braking performance.
