Water Hose

The Thwaites Water Hose (OEM T1993) is a replacement hose designed to carry water within compatible Thwaites construction equipment. It provides a flexible connection between components of the machine's water system, allowing water to be transferred reliably while accommodating vibration, movement and the normal operation of the machine.

Manufactured for the demanding conditions found on construction sites, the hose is designed to withstand repeated flexing, vibration, moisture and exposure to dirt and debris. Replacing a worn, cracked or damaged water hose helps maintain reliable water flow and reduces the risk of leaks, loss of system performance and unnecessary machine downtime.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Inspect the hose regularly for cracking, hardening, abrasion, swelling, splitting, leakage or deterioration around the connection points. A damaged water hose can result in fluid loss and may affect the operation of the associated system.

When replacing the hose, inspect the hose clips, fittings and connection points for corrosion, damage or excessive wear. Ensure the hose is routed correctly without sharp bends, excessive tension or contact with moving or hot components. Secure all connections correctly before returning the machine to service.
