IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The condenser is part of a pressurised air conditioning system and should only be removed or replaced by a suitably qualified technician using the correct refrigerant recovery and charging equipment.

Caterpillar recommends replacing the condenser and drier when there has been a major compressor failure, as simply flushing the system may not completely remove debris from the condenser coils.

Inspect the condenser for blocked fins, corrosion, physical damage, refrigerant leakage, or damaged mounting brackets. Keeping the condenser fins clean and unobstructed is important for maintaining effective heat transfer and air conditioning performance.
