The Sealey LP401 Space Warmer is a powerful propane space heater designed for heating large, well-ventilated professional working environments including workshops, warehouses and construction sites. Its fully adjustable 61.5-117kW (210,000-400,000 BTU/hr) output and 1,400cfm airflow provide rapid heat distribution across areas up to 2,038mĀ³ (72,000ftĀ³). A fully adjustable thermostatic control allows the heat output to be regulated to suit working conditions, while automatic electronic ignition provides straightforward starting. For additional safety, the heater incorporates a fuel cut-out in the event of overheating or power failure. Despite its substantial 24.6kg construction, integrated wheels and a carrying handle make the LP401 easier to reposition around large working areas. It operates on propane with a fuel consumption of 5.2-8.4kg/hr, requires a 230V electrical supply and is supplied with an approved propane gas regulator and hose.

Position the heater carefully
