The Manuli FF Series flat face hydraulic couplings are an advanced evolution of the proven FIRG flat seal design, engineered to exceed ISO 16028 requirements. Manufactured from high-grade steel with a zinc-nickel finish, these high pressure hydraulic couplings support working pressures up to 400 bar, making them ideal for hydraulic breakers, demolition hammers, and other extreme-duty applications.

HOW TO USE

	Clean the mating faces Wipe both male and female faces before connecting. Dirt on the face at connection enters the circuit directly.
	Push to connect Push the male probe squarely into the female carrier until it seats fully. No rotation required.
	Engage the safety lock Rotate the external sleeve until it clicks into the locked position. Do not leave uncoupled without the lock engaged.
	Disconnect Align sleeve lock notch with the safety ball, then push back the sleeve. Never force before alignment.
