Returns Policy

We hope you are pleased with the products you buy from HTS Spares but, if you do change your mind, you can return your unused product to us in its original condition for a refund within 45 days of delivery to you. For information regarding how to return a product, please see below.

Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories.

The following will be accepted as proof of purchase:

  • Order confirmation
  • Sales invoice 

With regret, we are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements. Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, can not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund or repair as appropriate.

Your consumer rights are not affected.

 

How to return a product

Returning a unused item

  • You can return an item within 45 days of delivery to you.
  • Contact us by phone or email, remember to have your order number or sales invoice number to hand, one of our team will then be able to get you set up with a Goods Returns Note, this can then be sent back with the item you are wanting to return.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 45 days of it being delivered to you.
  • Contact us by phone or email before sending faulty or damaged items back to request a Goods Return Note (Return Order Acknowledgement) to enclose with the goods.
  • We can then arrange for the faulty or defective product to be collected. We will collect it at no expense to you and either provide a replacement or process a refund.
