To request a return, or report a delivery issue, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. We will then process this request and respond within 5 working days with a resolution.
Further Information and Terms
Returning Unused/Unwanted Products
1.1 Proof of purchase will be requested and all products must be undamaged in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories.
1.2 With regret, we are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements.
1.3 Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.
1.4 Special order items, i.e. codes with the prefix of 'ZZ', 'TBS' or 'SL' are unfortunately non-returnable.
1.5 Refer to Section 4 for more information about Re-Stocking Fee's.
1.6 We can only accept returns within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
Faulty/Damaged or Missing Products
2.1 In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty, we will offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights, as long as we are notified of the product's fault within 14 days of it being delivered to you.
2.2 We can then arrange for the faulty or defective product to be collected. We will collect it at no expense to you and either provide a replacement or process a refund.
2.3 If a product arrives damaged we may require photo evidence of such in order to be able to offer a replacement or process a refund.
2.4 If a product is missing from a delivery, we must be notified within 14 days.

4.1 It is within our right to apply a Re-Stocking fee on a Return, against the price of the goods and dependent on the situation.
4.2 This is calculated either at the time of the Return being arranged or after the goods are received back to us and the condition of the goods assessed.
4.3 Restock-Fees will be inclusive of the delivery cost to return products that are unused/unwanted.
Credits & Refunds
5.1 Returns will be resolved either by Credit, Refund or Replacement, dependent on the situation
5.2 Credits and Refunds are processed within 14 days of the resolution of your Return.
