Radiator Cap Terex JCB

The Radiator Cap Terex / JCB (OEM 800-20269) is a replacement pressure cap designed to maintain the correct pressure within the engine cooling system on compatible Terex and JCB machinery. By sealing the radiator filler neck and controlling system pressure, the cap helps raise the coolant boiling point and allows the cooling system to operate efficiently at normal engine temperatures.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Never remove a radiator cap while the engine or cooling system is hot. The cooling system can remain under pressure after the engine has been switched off, and releasing the cap prematurely can result in hot coolant or steam being discharged.

Inspect the cap regularly for damaged seals, corrosion, distortion or signs of coolant leakage. When replacing the cap, inspect the radiator filler neck, sealing surface and cooling system for damage or contamination. Ensure the replacement cap has the correct pressure rating and is securely fitted before returning the machine to service.
