This 1/2” BSP female flat faced coupling is designed for clean, efficient, and reliable hydraulic connections in demanding applications. Manufactured from high strength carbon steel, it is rated for operating pressures up to 350 bar and supports flow rates of up to 750 L/min.
The flat face valving style allows for easy cleaning, helping to reduce contamination entering the hydraulic circuit. It also minimises fluid spillage during disconnection and reduces air inclusion during connection, supporting a cleaner working environment.
An internal valve design ensures minimal pressure drop, helping to maintain system efficiency. The push connection system, combined with a locking ball mechanism and safety lock, provides secure and straightforward operation.
With Nitrile (NBR) sealing and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +100°C, this coupling is suitable for a wide range of hydraulic environments. Its modular design allows flexibility across multiple configurations, while offering good resistance to pressure impulses.
